Francisca Noronha is an African Youth Charter Hustler at the African Union (AU). Her mission in Mozambique is to advocate for youth and promote policies that allow for more opportunities for youth to live a good life. Francisca’s work extends to working on establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms that tie to the African Union Office of the Youth Envoy with technical support from the African Union Department of Youth and collaboration from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
Francisca definitely hustles to get her work done and does so with such a joy that you know her pathway is clear for bringing amazing impact to the youth of her country and beyond.
