Ambassador Hassan Rengou Mfouakie is a young man from Cameroon currently living in Cyprus, having stepped aside from his “traditional” education to become passionately involved in paving the way for young Africans to share their voices on peace and progress. The Amb, along with the team that supports the World Youth Summit (WYS), enjoys the support of many world governments and NGOs, like the African Union (AU) and the United Nations (UN), as their work promotes the UN SDGs. The Ambassador talks with Frontrunners Innovate Producer and Business Facilitator, Mary Kurek, about his journey toward founding WYS and the work they are doing beyond the Summit to focus on specific world issues.
