Sam Adewale is native to Nigeria but currently lives in the United States working through his Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins University with a devoted interest in public health. Sam is also a social entrepreneur who is a founding team member of a couple of programs aimed at helping those in need during disaster situations. But, this 2x winner of the MIT Covid19 Hackathon has a new endeavor; an innovation that uses AI and machine learning to predict pandemics, therefore, allowing the public health community the time to prepare and create sustainable solutions. He’s just at the beginning stages but, he talks about the vision and the needs he has to move it toward pilot with Mary Kurek, Frontrunners Innovate Producer and Business Developer.
