Mr. Parker has extensive experience leading strategic and capital raising transactions, having advised on, or completed, several billion in turnarounds, M&A, and capital markets transactions including joint venture formation, private and public equity, mezzanine, bank, and bond market borrowing.
He has more than nineteen years of strategic and dynamic operating experience in early-stage and mid-market companies operating in various industries including nutraceuticals and OTC pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, enterprise software, tier 2 and 3 defense manufacturing, real estate development, tech-enabled services, franchising-based businesses, chemical manufacturing, building materials, and agricultural.
Mr. Parker graduated cum laude from Long Island University with a B.S. in Banking and Finance in 1999.

Ambassador Swett, a licensed architect, has forty years of experience in the architecture and energy fields. Climate Prosperity Enterprise Solutions has served as Project Manager for a $1.2 billion healthcare campus in Istanbul and is currently developing projects worldwide. Prior to establishing CPES, he was the Managing Principal of the DC office and was responsible for obtaining international contracts for Leo A. Daly Architects and Engineers – one of the top 10 US design firms at the time.
He worked as an alternative energy entrepreneur in the Northeast, building biomass power plants in New England.
He served as a member of the US House of Representatives from New Hampshire from 1991-1995. He then served as the US Ambassador to Denmark from 1998-2001.
While serving as Ambassador, he reorganized the embassy management, resulting in smoother transfers of information and cooperation between departments.
He was a contributing author for “A Nation Reconstructed“, 1997, and authored “Leadership by Design: Creating an Architecture of Trust”, 2005.
