United Nations Ambassador Fawad Ali Langah of Pakistan has been working on gender and human rights along with other United Nations SDGs for all of his adult life.
Ambassador Langah is a consummate Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Advocate and Activist. He is the newest Model United Nations Trainer and Consultant and a celebrated Public and Motivational Speaker (Vision, Youth, and Dimensions of Life). He is a certified Human Rights and Youth Advocate and Mentor and offers training and community development in Public Policy, Planning, and Strategy.
The Ambassador is a Global Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan and was recently nominated for SDG-4 (Advocate of the Year 2020) by Humanitarian Award Ghana. He is the recipient of the Model UN Hall of Fame 2018, the Sheikh Zayed Peace Award for 2019, and the Ambassador of Peace Award by Institute of Peace and Development (INSPAD). As Director of External Affairs, Center for SDG Global Education, USA, he is Head of Outreach and Corporate Affairs at Globalizon LLC. In April of 2021, he was appointed as Ambassador to the United Nations at the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR) Mission to the United Nations For Pakistan. From here, his work is one of great challenge; changing mindsets of a sector of people so immersed in cultural and deeply-rooted habits and thoughts that right from wrong is a blurred concept.
